  • Do I need to disassemble my furniture before the movers arrive?
    You don’t have to do a thing. Our movers come ready to help you with every step of the moving process, beginning with planning. They’ll assess your belongings and adequately pack everything from small items to fine artwork. Then, your large items and furniture will be protected with clean, premium moving pads or shrink wrap. Our movers carry everything they need to move your things safely and smartly, including fully-equipped tool bags for disassembling furniture. The best part is they’ll even reassemble it at your destination.
  • Do you need to pack my entire home, or can I get help packing just one room?
    Our full-service packing is entirely customizable. We can pack one room or the whole house – whatever you need. Our trucks are equipped with packing paper, bubble wrap, clean, premium moving pads, shrink wrap, and boxes. Even if all you need are the boxes, we supply them at wholesale prices as well.
  • My company is moving to a new office. Will I have to close up shop while you pack and move our things?
    When helping a company relocate, our number-one priority aside from properly packing and safely moving your equipment and supplies is to minimize interruption and downtime for your business. We’re equipped to pack everything from computers to office chairs. We can take care of all the work, including setting up and reassembling your things at your new location.
  • I’ve heard stories about movers stealing from their customers. Are you selective about the people you hire?
    We understand the responsibility and trust associated with being guests in your home or place of business. In addition to being a fully licensed and insured company, we conduct background checks on all of our employees to ensure that none have ever been accused or found guilty of theft or professional misconduct in any way, shape, or form. We’re honored to be able to say that many of our existing customers consider us to be their friends as well as movers.
  • Do I need to have any packing supplies on hand for the move?
    We provide everything necessary to pack and move your things – from the truck to the boxes, tape, bubble wrap, furniture pads, floor runners, and more. You don’t need to provide any material or even lift a finger.
  • What can I expect the packing and moving process to be like?
    When you contact us, we will ask some basic questions to get an idea of your requirements. Then, we will plan the process and use all of our materials to pack your things. Once loaded on the truck, we drive your belongings straight to the destination. Then, we will unpack everything into the appropriate rooms and reassemble all disassembled furniture for you. We strive to make our customers happy the moment they first call us until they’re settled into their new space
